Named for Humboldt County 's morning fog, a line of vegetable ash runs through the center, emulating the French classic Morbier. The mild, creamy cheese by Cypress Grove, this is light and mildly goaty, developing in complexity with age. The wheels are coated with a layer of ash and white mold.
